Dr. G. J. MacGillivray P. S grade 3 class invited the primary classes and parents to a school assembly to talk about their “Who Is Nobody” program which is focused on developing good character traits.
The children sang two songs, one of which was written by one of the students, Hannah, with the music composed by Mike Stanutz, a local musician and Hannah’s neighbour.
They also launched their coin/penny drive, making and distributing penny jars to the primary classes where all proceeds will be going to the Free the Children foundation.
